Kids Fitness & Leadership Programs
We are a community organization offering fitness classes, nutrition and leadership workshops all in one. Our programs challenge fitness abilities; cognitive skills, help improve self-esteem and build confidence through a fitness and wellness approach.
Kids learn about:
- movement & rhythm
diversity (of people & music),
- how FUN exercise can be
- body consciousness (taking care of your body from within)
- embracing oneself (loving who they are, their bodies, qualities and what makes them unique)
- the power of believing in themselves through mindset and exercise!
