For all abilities. We challenge their minds and bodies and mix it up the program every week. Throughout our sessions your child will learn different types and styles of fitness concepts! Some include: Zumba, fitness obstacle courses, self-defense, boxing, kickboxing, yoga, Bollywood dance, team building fitness games and much more!
Our workshops vary based on the age, amount of people and what the organization feels their students would benefit most from. Our discussions/presentations are about believing in yourself, empowerment, self-esteem, empathy, and/or having a positive mindset.
One on one coaching, encouraging belief in themselves, positive self-talk & empowerment.
