Our Youth Fitness & Empowerment groups are a fun, fitness and wellness based program providing a non-competitive, engaged environment. We offer more than a dance or sport specific program; we educate on the fundamentals of fitness, wellness & nutrition along with building confidence, leadership, self esteem and learning how to cope with social influences.
